Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it for you. Just contact our support team at support@official-aura.com with clear photos of the issue.

Returns & Refunds

If you’d like a refund, you must return the product in its original condition and packaging. Here’s how it works:
  1. Contact Us First – Email support@official-aura.com with photos of the item to start the return process.
  2. Return the Item – You are responsible for the return shipping cost. A trackable shipping service is required to ensure we receive your item.
  3. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the item is damaged, dirty, or missing original packaging, we will assess its condition before determining the refund amount.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for items that are lost, broken, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Refunds are not available for orders that are beyond 90 days from the delivery date.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
